HOW DOES IT WORK?

Cordyceps improves the body's energy metabolism, optimizes oxygen use at the cellular level, and stimulates ATP production. It works by strengthening innate immunity, modulating inflammation, and protecting cells from oxidative damage. Its effects have been measured in clinical trials, showing improvements in VO₂ max, fatigue, and immune function.

Suitable for

Cases of physical or mental fatigue, post-exercise recovery, immune stress, low exercise tolerance, or reduced endurance. Also useful as support for active adults, athletes, or people exposed to constant physical or immune stress.

When should I take it?

It can be taken in the morning before exercise or throughout the day to improve energy and physical performance. On training days, it is suggested to take it at least 30 minutes before activity. On rest days, take it with breakfast.

Recommended dose

The effective dose ranges from 500 to 1000 mg of standardized extract daily. In clinical studies, benefits have been observed with 1 to 2 grams/day for 2 to 4 weeks.
